There is something that I did not realize till I got to
Berkley Marina and saw it myself. The "famous" boat ramp, from
which, allegedly, Scott took Lacy's body in the boat to the Bay, is on the
premises of the "Olympic Circle Sailing Club". This club have fleet of 40
yachts of their own , parked around launch ramp and outdoor repair shop
next to the rump. They, also, rent out "parking spaces" for private
yachts. Allot of what to steal there. Just think about those
"professional grade" GPS systems or expensive communication equipment.
Yachtsmen trust their lives to this stuff. Yachts themselves cost tenth
(often hundreds) thousands of dollars.
Olimpic Circle Sailing
Club
This area is well lightened at night and UNDER WATCH BY PRIVATE
SECURITY OF THE SAILING CLUB. DAY AND NIGHT.
Also, the "Cezar Chavez Park" is five-six hundred feet from the ramp
and there are a lot of people at day time.
There are three, overlapping, securities at this area: Private Security
of the Sailing Club, State Park Rangers and State Fish and Game
Rangers.
Scott with his truck and small boat, handling something covered and as
big as human body, at night, (launch ramp closed from 10pm to 6am),
would drew attention of the Sailing Club security and would be
apprehended by Security Guards in minutes. Not to mention the Park
Rangers, who were on high alert due to terror threat at the time when
Laci disappeared.
And, during day, if somebody show up with something unusual and as big
as human body, security would definitely question him (to be sure that this is not property stolen from boats). Plus, all those dog walkers, roller-skaters, bicyclists from the park would be staring at him. In fact,as we know, Scott was seen by, at least, two bystanders, and there was nothing sinister in his boat or track
As a matter of fact, Scott was seen while launching the boat. Here is the link:

And again, where is the logical explanation to the fact that, IF Scott
tried to dispose of Lacy's body, why, of all places in 90 miles radius
from Modesto, with all deserted places, like lakes, rivers, fields,
dumps and forests (Yosemite closer to Modesto then Berkley Marina), he
choose populated and guarded Berkley Marina? And then claimed it as his
alibi.
And for those who consider theory, that Scott could launch the boat
from some place else (without ramp, "the missing auxiliary wills
theory") - enjoy the view of shoreline from Berkley Marina to Richmond
(when you see on Fox the video clip, where coroners carry Lacy's body
in bag, notice the same type of shoreline). No way he could launch the
boat from trailer without ramp.

After I posted this, there were some posters claimed that they called to the Berkley Marina park office and was told that the park and launch ramp is open 24 hours and there is no security.
To debunked this lies I am posting two new pictures of signs, one at the entrance to the Berkley Marina Regional Park and another at the boat ramp.
